I really like the production in "Sounds So Good", its not overdone, and really helps to showcase the down-home style that Shepherd seems to be trying to portray. She wrote this song, and its a showcase of her ability. Is it a anthem with something to say about neo-global politics? Nope. Its just good fun Country music, like country music is supposed to be. I've had Ashton Shepherd's new song in rotation for about a month now, and as it moves up the Billboard charts, your favorite over the air radio station should put it into heavy rotation.
