The Wrights – Country Music for Connoisseurs

Who's doing 'real' country music these days? If you listen to top 40 Country Music Radio, you'd think it's a dying art form. When I tell them about The Wrights, they can hear the answer loud and clear. More traditional than what is generally heard on mainstream outlets may mean less sales, but that doesn't mean the quality isn't there.
The Wrights are a married couple that met in Atlanta Georgia in 1998 and began writing songs almost immediately, and they've been making music ever since.
The duo is a Nashville kept secret these days, but I'm hoping I can shed a little light on some of the best country music being made in or out of Nashville these days. If you want to bring "Real Country" back to pop country radio, you need to request The Wrights at your local Over-The-Air radio station. Better yet, just listen to Dixie Streams.
